Steps
One possible solution is to download from IBM Passport Advantage, and then install, ISM agent version 7.4.0.3, using part number G018KML.
Prerequisite: make sure your IBM Tivoli Monitoring ( ITM ) v6 infrastructure (TEMS, TEPS, TEP Desktop), is installed with ITM 6.3 fix pack 7 Service Pack 6 (6.3.0.7 SP6) or higher.
