Error description

• When a user has existing task instances for the 'Hiring Sample'
  application, applying an upgrade will create orphaned task
  instances of this application that prevent the PFS Indexer from
  working correctly. As a result, you might not find instances in
  the Process portal for your application. You might also see the
  following exception in the server log:
