Troubleshooting
Problem
Client is upgrading Action button in Perspectives sheets but the Total number of files upgraded shows Zero.
Cause
The sheet that has the action button is protected.
Diagnosing The Problem
When checking conversion log, it shows the following:
Resolving The Problem
- Connect to server and open the workbook that has the un-upgraded Action button
- Check all sheets with Action buttons to confirm If it is protected
- Unprotect the sheet, save the workbook and re-publish to server to replace old workbook
