JAVA 11 or higher.

*                      when running CDP with JAVA 11 or        *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *

Some classes are removed in JAVA 11 or higher versions. This
prevents CDP from using the classes in that environment and
results in the error.
