Mustgather: Gathering Troubleshooting data from switches within the IBM Cloud Pak System

Problem

IBM support refers a IBM Cloud Pak System Administrator to this document to gather information from the switches within the IBM Cloud Pak System to aid in the investigation of a problem reported to IBM.
From the IBM Cloud Pak System user interface, queries are sent to the switches within IBM Cloud Pak System.  The information is returned to the user interface. These commands are similar to the commands the network data center engineers enter on other switches.

Diagnosing The Problem

IBM Support asks the IBM Cloud Pak System administrator to log on to the IBM Cloud Pak System user interface and follow these steps.
 
  1. Select System Console > Hardware > Network Devices.
  2.  A list of switches is displayed.  Look for the switch in the instruction from IBM support.  Click the switch to select it.
  3. Under "Select a command", use the "pull-down" to select the command requested by IBM Support.
  4. Click "Run this Command".
