Urbancode Deploy may use the system default TLS protocol instead of the application value when install.server.ssl.enabledProtocols is set to a non-default value.

Remediation/Fixes

IBM recommends instances which specify a non-default install.server.ssl.enabledProtocols property to upgrade to versions 7.0.5.9, 7.1.2.5, or 7.2.

Workarounds and Mitigations

Update the system JVM jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms configuration value to disable any unwanted TLS protocols. See JVM documentation  customization-disabled-restricted-cryptographic-algorithms for details.
