Problem
Planning Analytics Workspace error when trying to add a child in a hierarchy (same problem for both admin and non-admin users):
SELECT: User does not have read access (rte 34)
Cause
The default hierarchy has no element
Resolving The Problem
The default hierarchy of a dimension must not be empty. It must include at least one element.
Otherwise, this error occurs on the other hierarchies that we try to update.
