APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Missing components report is failing. Build client stuck and
does not progress when we run missing component report. It
appears that some code is causing missing component report
processing stuck.

Local fix

  • N/A

Problem summary

  • Missing component report would enter an infinite loop when
processing a Cobol file that contains an EXEC-SQL statement that
 was ending with "CURRENT TIMESTAMP"

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed by correctly parsing the EXEC SQL statement in Missing
component report and making sure that the infinite loop does not
 happen anymore.
