PH44046: TOTAL NUMBER OF EMAIL RECIPIENTS NOT SHOWN IF MORE THAN 1 WHEN CREATE/EDIT JOB BY EMAIL IN LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH

Error description

• when you create / edit a Job as a user with ENGLISH product
  langauge, the number of email recipients is shown in the UI.
  However when you create / edit a Job as a user with a NON
  ENGLISH product language ( german, italian, polish maybe also
  others (not tested) , the number of email recipients is NOT
  anymore shown in the UI when there are more than 1 email
  recipient .
  As you can see the issue in image 2 recipients DE (attached to
  case )
