APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When viewing SVC Node performance, we can see sample data
    populated for 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, but when
    switching to 1 week resolution, we see the error: No performance
    history is available for the selected time period at the Hourly
    granularity.
    
    The cause for this is a lag/delay in performance data
    aggregation which results in data at various timeframes and
    granularities to not be displayed.
    
    For example:
    We can see that current sample PM data is displaying fine but
    Hourly and Daily performance data is behind (in terms of
    aggregation) and hence isn't being displayed.
