• Script log on tenant freezes and takes a lot of time to open or
  fails and does not load.

  * when no filter is used to narrow down the returned data.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * If filters are not passed in the search, a very large        *
  * interval had to be searched in the database, what was        *
  * causing the error. We now have better default filters to     *
  * improve performance and we increased execution timeout to    *
  * avoid failures.                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Upgrade to 21.0.2.3 on server side.                          *
  ****************************************************************
