To address error AAA-AUT-0011 for custom login page:
-Open your Cognos Configuration
-Under Environment ->Security -> Authentication, select your name space
-In properties on right-hand side select "Selectable for authentication" and set value to "False"
-Save your Cognos Configuration settings and restart your Cognos services.
