Error description

• You receive an FNRAM1007 error when you try to add a user to a
  project area.  A corresponding exception related to
  _WsClientServiceInterface_Stub interface is logged to the IBM
  FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine server logs.
  
  The error you see in Case administration client when you add the
  user is:
  "The project area could not be modified because of the following
  error: FNRAM1007 The dev_env_connection_definition project are
  could not be modified due to one or more errors. FNRAM9008"
