Error description

• Message IDs within MQ are expected to be unique. This APAR
  addresses a problem where a JMS consumer receiving messages
  from queues and topics intermittently receives duplicate message
  IDs under heavy load.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When applications were executed which concurrently put messages
  to both queues and topics, a defect in MQ code caused the queue
  manager to use the same message Id for multiple messages.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ queue manager's message ID allocation logic has been
  correct to prevent this issue.
