Error description

  • Cloud Pak for Automation delegates authentication to Cloud Pak
Foundational Service "Identity and Access Management" (IAM),
which may in turn further delegate authentication to custom
identity providers or OpenShift.
When using OpenShift authentication at IAM, authentication for
Cloud Pak for Automation fails.

PRODUCTS AFFECTED
The issue is caused by incorrect usage of IAM APIs by Cloud Pak
for Automation's User Management Component before release
21.0.3.
