Troubleshooting
Problem
You would like to uninstall Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Services silently, without a user interface.
Resolving The Problem
- Open Windows Command Prompt as an Administrator
- Navigate to your PA Spreadsheet Service install directory
*Default location is C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1web\ - Navigate in to the \uninstall\ folder
- Execute the following command: Uninstall_IBM_Planning_Analytics_Spreadsheet_Services.exe -i silent
- Once complete, Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Service will have been uninstalled
