- QM subsystem, version and profile are not displayed for
  systems deactivated before agent start
- Drill down from Current Activity to Parallel Activity doesn't
  work in Web Client
- SQLCODE=-122 when drill down to Program in Archive Connection
- Start time is N/A for parent thread in current activity in CAE
- DECFLOAT and VARBINARY HVs have incorrect values
