Error description
If the File nodes in SFTP mode attempt to connect to a server that is running version 3 or below of the SFTP protocol then the File nodes may fail to list the contents of the remote directory. A service trace will show the error message "Error parsing unix string from remote SFTP server" from the com.ibm.broker.remote.RemoteService.parseUnixString(). A BIP error message may not be reported.
Local fix
Use a version 4 SFTP server or higher.
Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Integration Bus v10 and IBM App Connect Enterprise v11 or v12 attempting to use the File nodes in SFTP mode to connect to SFTP servers running v3 of the SFTP protocol or below. Problem conclusion
