Error description

  • Problem Description
User can't associate a rotating asset to inventory usage if the
item became rotating item while there was an open inventory

asset is visible in Rotating Asset tab. However it's not
possible to move the rotating Asset because it's not possible to
associate it in Inventory Usage application.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
    * UNABLE TO ADD ROTATING ITEM TO INVENTORY USAGE LINE *
    ****************************************************************
The user can't associate a rotating asset to inventory usage if
the item became a rotating item while there was an open
    inventory
    transfer.
After, changing to a rotating item the current balance increases
in inventory and the asset is visible in the Rotating Asset tab.
However, it's not possible to move the rotating Asset because
it's not possible to associate it in the Inventory Usage
    application.
Thus, the rotating field will be now read-only (blocked/cannot
toggle) if there is any item in use or is in shipment/transfer.
Along with the above condition :
The rotating field will now be set to read-only considering the
    following conditions.
    1. If the inventory balance is greater than 0, it should be a
    read-only field.
    2. If the item is lotted, it should be a read-only field.
    3. If the item is active, added to the storeroom AND [ is in use
anywhere (matusetrans) OR is in shipment/transfer (matrectrans)
then it should be a read-only field ].
