  • When you open a case, the activities tab of a Case Details
    Client-Side Human Service page does not load to show the list of
     activities associated with the case.

  • The issue affects Business Automation Workflow v21.0.3 that is
    configured with external Content Platform Engine v5.5.7 or
    lower.
    

Problem conclusion

    Service.
