• PROBLEM: When trying to create new service address in the
  Location application's Service Address field, you get error

  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Go to the Locations application
  
  2. Create a location (TESTLOC1), set mandatory fields and save
  
  3. Click the arrow next to the Service Address field - Click
  New Service Address
  
  New service address code is auto populated (1001)
  
  4. Click Create New Service Address button
  
  RESULTS:  Service address code is not created with error
  BMXAA4214E.
  
  In the systemerr.log, you can see
  "java.lang.NullPointerException at psdi.webclient.beans.locatio
  n.LocationAppBean.addNewSAusingTempData~"
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:  The Service address code should be created
