IT39636: HTTP PROXY SERVER PROPERTY ON SALESFORCE REQUEST NODE IS IGNORED

Error description

• The SalesforceRequest node exposes a "HTTP(S) Proxy Server"
  property to allow connections to the Salesforce server to be
  proxied through a HTTP tunnel. As of IIB 10.0.0.20 this option
  is ignored by the Salesforce node causing requests to not be
  sent via the proxy server. This error results in a BIP3858 error
  being thrown by the SalesforceRequest, usually with a network
  error code such as ECONNREFUSED or ECONNRESET. A service trace
  may show the following
