Error description
Problem Description: When customer edit start center templates and apply coloring conditions to portlets the order is not maintained after saving the template. Therefore, the portlets are incorrectly colored. Steps to replicate - 1. On the Maximo start center screen, click the modify existing template button Start center creation Portlet 1 - Portlet type: Result Set Display name: Assets In Not Ready Status Application: PLUSDASSTR Query name: Assets In Not Ready Status Query: Where clause: (upper(status) = 'NOT READY' and siteid = 'MDUG' and serialnum like '%SCTESTINGASSET%') Field Configuration - Add field?s to result set - Asset Description Priority Serial # Chart Options - Pie Display By: PRIORITY Color Options - Condition Attribute: PRIORITY Add Color Alert - Expression: Less Than or Equals To Expression Value: 60 Color: Green Expression: Less Than or Equals To Expression Value: 35 Color: Purple Expression: Less Than or Equals To Expression Value: 15 Color: Red Save Then Finish. Portlet 2 - Portlet type: Result Set Display name: Assets In Broken Status Application: PLUSDASSTR Query name: Assets In Broken Status Query: Where clause: (upper(status) = 'BROKEN' and siteid = 'MDUG' and serialnum like '%SCTESTINGASSET%') Field Configuration - Add field?s to result set - Asset Description Asset End Priority Serial # Asset Start Chart Options - Pie Display By: ASSETNUM Color Options - Condition Attribute: PRIORITY Add Color Alert - Expression: Less Than or Equals To Expression Value: 60 Color: Green Expression: Less Than or Equals To Expression Value: 35 Color: Purple Expression: Less Than or Equals To Expression Value: 15 Color: Red Save Then Finish. Portlet 4 - Portlet type: Result Set Display name: Assets In Operating Status Application: PLUSDASSTR Query name: Assets In Decommissioned Status Query: Where clause: (upper(status) = 'OPERATING' and siteid = 'MDUG' and serialnum like '%SCTESTINGASSET%') Field Configuration - Add field?s to result set - Asset Description Priority Serial # Chart Options - Pie Display By: PRIORITY Color Options - Condition Attribute: PRIORITY Add Color Alert - Expression: Less Than or Equals To Expression Value: 60 Color: Green Expression: Less Than or Equals To Expression Value: 35 Color: Purple Expression: Less Than or Equals To Expression Value: 15 Color: Red Save Then Finish. Go back to color option for each portly created and verify the color parameter order. Then go back to the start center and save template. Once saved Update Start Center. You will see the colors option order has changed. Go to Modify a Template / Select the template that you just created / then Edit Portlet / Color Options and you will see the order has changed. Repeat for all 4 result sets to see the difference. Additional Information - The query examples are using the customers site but you can use an out of the box site like Bedford when creating the queries in the application. App name - PLUSDASSTR is part of the T&D (Utilities 7.6.1.0) RESULTS - Order is not maintained EXPECTED RESULTS - order should not change.
