  When you delete a job plan the record remains in the
  pluscjpstatus object
  
  Steps to Reproduce
  
  Go the Job Plan application
  Create a new job plan
  Save the Record
  Run the SQL query in the database
  select * from pluscjpstatus where jpnum like 'jpnum';
  You will have a record listed
  Now delete the job plan record above
  Run the SQL query again
  
  Results
  The job plan record remains in the  pluscjpstatus object
  
  Expected Results
  The job plan record was deleted it should also be deleted from
  the pluscjpstatus object
