APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When the same form number is used across multiple sites Maximo
assigns the first found one to the work order even though the
site does not match the work order site.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:


1. Create or find two inspection forms across two organizations
that share the same form number to them.

2. Once that is done create a new work order in the work order
application.

3. In the Inpection form field use the chevron and select the
form created earlier. At time it can select the form from the
incorrect organization..

RESULTS:

Incorrect Form is attached as it is for the wrong organization.


EXPECTED RESULTS:

That the form for the site that the work order is created
against would be used.
