    * Defect for dbms_utility.get_parameter_value

Problem summary

  • Upgrade ODBC library to 08.02.0495 to apply the following fixes:
    * Defect XDBC-32272 - describing the stored procedure failure
    may return the incorrect parameter descriptions with
    VARCHAR(999). This causes bad parameter binding resulting in
    truncation errors.
    * Defect XDBC-32380 - the issue calling deprecated
    dbms_utility.get_parameter_value().
    * Defect XDBC-32647 - concurrent SQL transactions will cause
    crash when trace is enabled.
