Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  
  Attribute Data Restriction of HIDDEN on LABTRANS.PAYRATE.
  
  
  PROBLEM:
  
  Issue with Attribute Data Restriction of HIDDEN, on
  LABTRANS.PAYRATE with Work Order Tracking, 'Select Planned
  Labor'.
  
  In the Security Group application, we create an Attribute Data
  Restriction for the LABTRANS.PAYRATE attribute and set it's type
  to 'HIDDEN'.
  Then in the Work Order Tracking application when a user tries to
  'Select Planned Labor', they receive the following error:
  
  BMXAA0019I ? The Rate field is either read only or part of the
  primary key.  You cannot edit this field.
  
  
  
  Note that a user can add other rows to LABTRANS using the other
  buttons, for example, [Select Labor] or using [New Row].
  
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Go To Security Groups application.
  
  Select a Security Group of which you are a member, and which
  has access to write to the Work Order Tracking application.
  
  Go to the 'Data Restrictions' tab.
  
  Go to the 'Attribute Data Restrictions' tab.
  
  Add an attribute data restriction for Table LABTRANS, Attribute
  PAYRATE.  Set the type to HIDDEN.
  
  Log out of Maximo.  Log in to Maximo.
  
  Select or create a Work Order with Planned Labor.
  
  Set the Work Order status to 'Approved'.
  Go to the ?Actuals? tab.
  
  Scroll down and select the 'Labor' tab.
  
  Click the 'Select Planned Labor' button.
  
  Select (check) a record from the dialog and click OK.
  
  
  The following error will be displayed:
  
  BMXAA0019I ? The Rate field is either read only or part of the
  primary key.  You cannot edit this field.
  
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  The user should be able to create new Labor record in LABTRANS

  Reproduction Steps:
  1. Go To Security Groups application.
  Select a Security Group of which you are a member, and which
  has access to write to the Work Order Tracking application.
  Go to the 'Data Restrictions' tab.
  Go to the 'Attribute Data Restrictions' tab.
  Add an attribute data restriction for Table LABTRANS, Attribute
  PAYRATE. Set the type to HIDDEN.
  2. Log out and log back in.
  3. In the Work Order Tracking application select or create a
  Work Order with planned labor, and set the status to APPROVED.
  4. On the Actuals tab - Labor subtab, select the 'Select Planned
  Labor' button.
  5. Check one or more of the planned labor records to be copied
  to labor actuals.
  6. Click OK.
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  The following error is encountered:
  BMXAA0019I - "The Rate field is either read only or part of the
  primary key. You cannot edit this field."
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The user should be able to create new Labor record in LABTRANS
  even when the PAYRATE is HIDDEN.
