  * RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that all users install     *
  *                 this PTF and the associated                  *
  *                 fix pack V4.1.0.10 for IBM Z Operations      *
  *                 Analytics Insight Pack.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  The following changes have been made:
  
      (1) Starting with thisPTF, the setup utility is delivered
      as a single executable package instead of a set of multiple
      scripts. The new executable package can be found at the
      following location after installation of the
      PTF: bin/izoa-setup.run Any copies of izoa-setup.sh,
      izoa-ml-setup.sh or izoa-pi-setup.sh that may
      still be available in your environment are no longer valid
      and must no longer be used.
  
      (2) This PTF improves the validation performed on parameters
       that are passed to the machine learning CLI or entered into
       the following configuration files:
          - izoaml.config - IZOA_CICS_HEALTH_ML.properties
          - IZOA_DB2HEALTH_ML.properties, Log messages are
            issued for invalid values.

      (3) Starting with this PTF, the machine learning CLI no
          longer uses FTP to transfer Z Common Data Provider (CDP)
           definition files to Partition Data Sets or to submit
           JCL JOBs. The CLI submits JCL JOBs to:
              collect SMF data (database=collect)
              load SMF data (data=load)
              create a backup copy of the database tables in the
              enterprise data warehouse (EDW) (database=copy)
              run the Db2 RUNSTATS utility (database=stat=all)
              run the Db2 REORG TABLESPACE utility
                  (database=reorg_all/reorg_history/reorg_ml)
  
      (4) See the README for Z Operations Analytics Fix
          Pack 4.1.0.10 for details of updates delivered in
          that package.
  

Problem conclusion

• IZOA v4.1 is updated to introduce new features and fix the key
   problems described above.
