Problem
Control Center can no longer monitor Connect:Direct UNIX server after version 6.1.0.4-IBMSterlingConnectDirectforUNIX-Linux-x86-iFix036.tar was applied to the server.
Symptom
The Connect:Direct Server shows down in Control Center Monitor but it is up and running.
Cause
When a KQV client, such as C:D Web Services or Control Center Monitor,issues a select statistics request to C:D UNIX that includes a record id specification for CTRC, the command may fail generating an XUPC999I message.
Diagnosing The Problem
Control Center engine logs show the following error
ERROR <server> - CNCD049E Server Task error. Server ID: <server> ERROR <server>- CNCD024E Error getting stats from server.
