Error description

• Populating the list of missing/deleted models, calling the
  UMLModeler's openModelResource API, the missing/deleted model it
  is setting the attribute "isLoaded" as
  true in the in-memory object, which should be false. This leads
  to a IllegalStateException for a model with the same name.
