IBM Security QRadar SOAR: The workflows page does not list anything

Troubleshooting


Problem

After an upgrade of IBM Security QRadar SOAR, you might find that pages do not render as expected.

Symptom

Pages such as Workflows might not display the workflows.
WorkflowOther pages might have this symptom of no loaded content as well.

Resolving The Problem

Clear the cache of your browser
Try a different browser
Use a private or incognito browser window

Disable cache:

  1. Open up your browser's developer tools
  2. Go to the network tab
  3. Check "disable cache"
    NOTE: There might be a different option for the browser you are using
  4. Set or save
  5. Reload the page
