PH43436: HTK FAILED WITH MSGIHC01000E RDJFCB FAILED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• HTK failed with IHC01000E RDJFCB failed, caused when the
  following conditions are met:
  1.IMS V15 APAR PH31203 / PTF UI74088 is applied to IMS.
  2.IMS management of ACBs is enabled and the database is
  converted to HALDB by using the CONVERT command or the ISPF
  user interface.
  IMS APAR PH31203 fixes the IMS Catalog API FUNCTION=OPEN with
  DEFINITION=PENDING for opening multiple IMS catalogs.  To fix
  the issue, APAR PH31203 changes DD name to open the IMS
  directory staging data set.  HTK should use the new DD name
  for the IMS directory staging data set.
