  QM suffers an ABEND0C4-10 in CQMMECSX+X'E3C' when monitoring a
  remote unit of work issuing a SQL sequence that involves an
  execute immediate call.
  In addition, a possible loop was identified when QM INFLIGHT
  processing is enabled.
