  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. log in to Classic Maximo
  
  2. Navigate to Assets Application.
  3. From the list tab select Any Asset "121212"
  4. Click on Select Action drop down.
  5. You can't find a scroll bar on the open window.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The scroll bar should be visible on the Select Action Drop Down.
