IJ36979: LLOCALE SETTINGS ISSUE FOR WORK ORDER TRACKING (HSE)

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
  When setting locale to Lithuania (lt_LT ), users are not able to
  choose dates from calendar.
  
  While for other Locale it is working fine.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  
  1) Set the Default Locale to user is set as lt_LT
  2) Go to Work Order HSE > created a new record 14937142
  3) Scroll down to scheduling information and enter the target
  start date.
  
  RESULT:
  System message is displayed, "The date/time format is not valid.
  Make sure the date/time is specified in a vail format supported
  by the current locale settings. (BMXAA4144E)
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Should be able to change the date without error
