Problem
In IBM® Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.3 interim fix 1 and based on CVE 2020-4912, a non-administrative user cannot grant access to other users.
The scope of this document is related to granting access to individual users and not for granting access to user groups.

Contact IBM Support to apply the LA patch on a system that has IBM® Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.3 interim fix 1.
