Caption
}LocalizedElementAttributes_<dim name>

Resolving The Problem

Alias value should be unique in the set and should be consistent among element.
Example:
Dimension Product has following element and aliases.

Element Name Color Alias2
Car Black
Wagon White
Truck Red
You can set Black in Alias2 of Car but if you try to set White, you encounter "Duplicate Aliases are not allowed".
Same thing happens if duplicate names exist in Caption.
If you have large dimension, export cube for following cubes makes easier to check duplication.
