Error description

• When we try to generate new users in the CONTROL CENTER using
  the 'BULK' method, if any information is not correct in the
  excel spreadsheet (Xls/Csv) an error message is returned but it
  is not clear in this message the reason and field that possibly
  contains the information incorrect or that already exists.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The error messages weren't clear about what was exactly      *
  * wrong on bullk users spreadsheet before the fix. The         *
  * messages are clear and point what is the wrong information   *
  * after the fix.                                               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Upgrade to IBM RPA Server 21.0.2 in case of On Premises,     *
  * otherwise wait until Server is updated to 21.0.2.            *
  ****************************************************************
