IT39481: STORAGE INSIGHTS INCORRECTLY SHOWS THE AUX VDISK OF THE HYPERSWAP VOLUMES AS OFFLINE AND IN ERROR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Storage Insights is erroneously listing these Aux volumes as
  Offline when that is normal.
  
  Storage Insights is supposed to show these as "Offline" but
  using GREEN color vs Red.
  
  Also, Storage Insights is showing them as in Error state in the
  Volumes panel, which is also incorrect.
  

Local fix

• To mitigate the issue:
  
  Select the offline volumes in the Volumes panel, right-click
  and mark the status as Acknowledged.

  Note: If you previously acknowledged the volumes in Error state
  and they are still showing as "Error - Acknowledged", do the
  following to complete the change associated with this APAR fix.
  
  1. Unacknowledge the volumes.
  2. Restart data collection so that a probe will run.
  3. Re-assess the condition after the probe completes.
