Error description

  • Problem details:
    =================
    When a user duplicates an escalation, that does not have any
    actions associated to it, the duplicated escalation creates an
    action group, with no members.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    ===================
    1. Navigate to the Escalations application and retrieve the
    INVAPPR record. Ensure it does not have an action or action
    group associated to it.
    2. From More Actions, select Duplicate Escalation.
    3. In the Action Group field, notice a new action group ID was
    added.
    4. Save the escalation, then navigate to the Action Groups app,
    using the hyperlink from Escalations.
    Notice the newly created action group does not have any members.
    
    
    EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
    ====================
    The duplicated escalation should not create a new action group.
