Error description

  • Problem Description
    User can?t log in to the Maximo Work Centers due to the 500
    error. It is caused by a whoami call failure.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    Login to
    work center
    Access http://{host}:{port}/maximo-x/. Log in as
    ed/ed or any other user has access to work center
    
    Access API
    directly
    Access http://{host}:{port}/maximo/oslc/whoami?_lid=max
    admin&_lpwd=maxadmin&addapps=1&wcsyscfg=1&lean=1&oslc.properties
    
    =*&querylocalized=1
    
    RESULTS: The api call to whoami fails with the following info:
    {"Error":{"message":"BMXAA1649E - A programming error resulted
    in a null pointer
    exception.","statusCode":"500","reasonCode":null}}
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:  Login to work center: User should be able to
    see the work center welcome page
