Problem

A script error occurs when logging in to any Tm1 server instance for both Architect and Perspectives on the Planning Analytics On Cloud RDP Server (Rich Tier)

Symptom

Script Error
An unexpected authorization error has occurred.

Environment

RDP Server

Resolving The Problem

1.On desktop of the RDP server, open Internet Explorer browser
2. At the upper right>Click Settings and select "Internet Options"
3. On the General tab, scroll down and locate and click Settings and select "View Files"
4. It will open a new window. Select all the cookie files listed and delete it. These are just temporary cookies
5. Click ok
6. Still in General Tab>under Browser History>Click Delete (the one left of Settings)>the first 4 boxes should be checked>at bottom select Delete
7. Once done, click Apply and ok and close Internet Explorer.

NEXT
1.Select Start button (lower left)>select your Modeler name (at upper right)>select Sign Out
2.RDP back in as the modeler account
3.Test signing into Architect
