PH41294: FRAMEWORK MANAGER CHANGES FOCUS WHILE EDITING PROPERTIES OF AN ITEM

Error description

• When multiple objects are selected in Framework Manager and
  their properties are edited one by one, the focus will shift to
  the Tools menu if it is open and the user will need to manually
  select the next cell to edit (pressing enter to move to the next
  cell will not work).
  

Local fix

• Do not have the Tools menu open while editing the properties of
  multiple data items.
