Error description

• The OpenID Connect (OIDC) Trust Association Interceptor (TAI)
  might encounter a thread hang when sessions are removed from
  the local cache.

Problem conclusion

• The OIDC TAI runtime is updated so that the entire local cache
  cleanup is synchronized.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
