IT39449: CAPACITY REPORT HAVING DEFINED A COLUMN FILTERING CONDITION MAY FAIL TO GENERATE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Capacity email report may fail to generate and no email
  is received at scheduled time or trying 'run now' user
  action in SI GUI ->Reports.
  In the observed case, the report failed to be generated
  with an error, Failed Export: createHTMLFromTable.
  

Local fix

• Workaround :
  
  Editing a report in SI GUI when which has multiple
  pages, and saving the report while not viewing the
  1st page of the report will introduced the issue.
  
  The report is saved in a way that fails to generate
  and results in the exception in the log anytime try
  run by scheduler or manually action.
  
  When editing a report, make sure that the preview
  tables in the Edit Columns or Edit Filter step are at
  page 1 before saving the report.
