IJ36594: REMOVE COLLAPSEWHENEMPTY AS A CONDITIONAL PROPERTY

Error description

• The collapsewhenempty property is not intended to be used
  conditionally. It needs to be removed from the list in
  Application Designer.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. In Conditional Expression Manager add new condition called
  TRUE with Expression 1=1 Save.
  2. In Application Designer bring up WOTRACK
  3. Add new sigoption COLLAPSE
  4. On Plans tab>Children of Work Order>open the Table Body
  Properties
  5. On Advanced tab add Sigtion: COLLAPSE and Sigoption Data
  Source ID =MAINRECORD
  6. Open Configure Conditional Properties
  7. Add EVERYONE group
  8. Add Condition TRUE
  9. In Property Values for Condition TRUE
  Enter property collapsewhenempty and value true(you see see it
  in lookup or just type in)
  
  
  Result:
  The property collapsewhenempty is in list or can be typed in.
  
  Expected Result:
  This property should not be available from the list as it was
  not intended to be conditional.
