  Normally, if an application needs to change the context
  classloader, or null it out for a thread they will save the
  current CCL and then re-set it when their operations have
  completed.   If the CCL remains null and JAXRS processing is
  attempted a NullPointerException in JAXRSRuntimeDelegate will
  result.
  
  This is not a regression.
  

Problem conclusion

• Adding the CWSRS1009W (nullContextClassloaderWarning) message to
  alert the user to this situation and provide information.
  
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 22.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
