Problem
The virtual machine hostname is not shown on the VSI details page, or instances are stuck in a Stopping state for the multi-system environment on IBM Cloud Pak® System 2.3.3.3 interim fix 1.
Diagnosing The Problem
Sometimes, after you run the stop action on an instance, the instance remains in a Stopping state. Also, sometimes, after you deploy an instance the virtual machine hostname is not shown on the VSI details page.
