  in the message HKTD475E when the dynamic allocation fails for
  FMTLIB .

  IMS Tools Discovery Utility issues message HKTD475E with
  incorrect DD name when the FMTLIB is defined in the RECON ID
  that the utility uses to create the inventory and its FMTLIB
  does not exist.
  The Discovery Utility does not use FMTLIB when creating an
  inventory, however the utility unnecessarily dynamically
  allocates FMTLIB.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HKTDGRID has been modified as follows:
  - To bypass the dynamic allocation of FMTLIB
  - To add SVC99 (DYNALLOC) return code, error reason code, and
    information reason code to message HKTD475E
