IT39368: ADD DETAILED EXPLANATION FOR ALL VALUES OF INSIGHTS STATUS/CONDITION COLUMNS TO DOCUMENTATION

Error description

• documentation needs to be updated, and then kept current, with
  detailed definitions of each possible value that can be
  displayed for the various status columns in storage insights.
  examples such as 'unreachable' or 'device unreachable' need to
  explain in detail what conditions cause the value to be
  displayed, and possible remedies the user can take. another is
  'no collector available' for a device, which is confusing when
  the customer has multiple installed and running data collectors.
  similarly 'missing' status for data collectors. it would be
  ideal if the ui provided detailed hover help, and where more
  detail is needed a hyper link to the relevant section in the
  documentation.
